Return and Exchange Policy
At Crown Lux, your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any unworn and unused luxury wigs and high-end wigs within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened or used wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned luxury wigs or high-end wigs, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@crown-lux.com.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@crown-lux.com.
Gift Returns
If the item was gifted to you directly from our store, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t directly gifted, you’ll need the original purchaser to request the refund on your behalf.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our provided address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
